临床药师干预对呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况改善的成效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床药师干预对呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况改善的成效。方法 选取2021年1月-12月期间在本院就诊的997例患者,纳入传统组,采用常规管理模式(临床药师未参与)。随后,选取2022年1月-12月期间在本院就诊的969例患者,纳入观察组,采用精细化管理模式(临床药师参与管理和干预)。对比两组管理效果。结果 观察组抗菌药物医嘱不合理发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。观察组抗菌药物不良反应发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。观察组的抗菌药物使用相关指标均低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论 临床药师干预能够显著改善呼吸内科抗菌药物的使用情况,降低不良反应发生率,提高用药的合理性和安全性,对提升医疗质量和保障患者安全具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists’intervention on improving the use of antibiotics in respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 997 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2021 were enrolled into the traditional group and adopted the conventional management mode(clinical pharmacists were not involved).Subsequently,969 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected to be included in the observation group,and the refined management mode was adopted(clinical pharmacists participated in management and intervention).The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The unreasonable incidence of antibiotics orders in observation group was lower than that in traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse antimicrobial reactions in observation group was lower than that in traditional group(P<0.05).The indexes of antimicrobial use in the observation group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists can significantly improve the use of antibiotics in respiratory medicine,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the rationality and safety of drug use,which is of great significance for improving the quality of medical treatment and ensuring the safety of patients.
