摘  要:目的 探讨在HRCT诊断新发肋骨骨折中,人工判读与基于深度学习的人工智能(AI)辅助软件的诊断效能差异。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月-2024年6月在北京市延庆区医院因胸部外伤进行肋骨CT扫描的患者151例,患者均在一个月内进行复查,以复查中明确骨痂形成作为肋骨骨折诊断的参考标准,对比分析初次诊断新发肋骨骨折中人工+AI组、人工组和AI组诊断结果的敏感性、漏诊率、误诊率、检测时间的差异。结果 人工+AI组在新发肋骨骨折诊断的敏感性明显高于人工组和AI组,漏诊率、误诊率明显低于人工组和AI组,检测时间短于人工组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 影像科医师结合基于深度学习的人工智能辅助软件,能够显著提高HRCT诊断新发肋骨骨折的检出率。Objective To investigate the comparison between manual interpretation and artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted software based on deep learning in the diagnosis of new rib fractures by HRCT.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 151 patients who underwent rib CT scan due to chest trauma in Yanqing District Hospital of Beijing from January 2024 to June 2024,and all patients underwent re-examination within one month,and the differences in the sensitivity,missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate and detection time of the artificial+AI group and the individual physician group in the initial diagnosis of new rib fractures were compared and analyzed.Results The sensitivity of the artificial+AI group in the diagnosis of new rib fractures was significantly higher than that of the artificial and AI groups,and the missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate were significantly lower than those of the artificial and AI groups,the detection time was shorter than that of the physician group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiologists combined with artificial intelligence-assisted software based on deep learning can significantly improve the detection rate of new rib fractures diagnosed by HRCT.
