消化内镜中心护理质量存在问题的分析及管理对策

摘　　要：目的 通过分析消化内镜中心存在的常见护理质量问题,实施管理对策以提高护理工作质量。方法 收集本中心2023年1月-5月护理质量存在问题,用鱼骨图法分析存在问题的原因及实施管理对策;并收集2023年6月-10月实施对策后的护理问题。结果 实施对策前诊疗护理量28816例,出现护理问题57例,包括检查问题5例、标本问题8例、收费问题39例、耗材和设备问题5例。实施对策后诊疗护理量30810例,发现护理问题6例,包括收费问题出现6例,其他问题均不存在,问题出现数量明显减少。两组间比较采用卡方检验,P<0.05,显示有统计学差异。结论 管理者定期收集护理质量存在的问题,进行原因分析和实施相应对策,有利于提升护理工作质量。Objective To improve the quality of nursing work by analyzing the common problems of nursing quality in digestive endoscopy center and implementing management countermeasures.Methods The problems of nursing quality in our center were collected from January to May 2023,and the causes and management countermeasures were analyzed with fishbone diagram method.And collect post-care issues for implementation of countermeasures from June to October 2023.Results There were 28816 cases of treatment and nursing before the implementation of countermeasures,and 57 cases of nursing problems,including 5 cases of inspection process and items,8 cases of specimen problems,39 cases of charging problems,and 5 cases of consumables and equipment problems.After the implementation of the countermeasures,30810 cases of treatment and nursing were found to have nursing problems in 6 cases,including charging problems in 6 cases,and other problems did not exist,and the number of problems was significantly reduced.Chi-square test was used for comparison between the two groups,and P<0.05 showed statistical difference.Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing work to collect the problems of nursing quality regularly,analyze the causes and implement the corresponding countermeasures.
