摘  要:环境卫生学监测是衡量现代医疗机构清洁消毒效果的“尺”,可以对医院的感染隐患进行追根溯源。但传统的环境卫生学监测方法很容易存在过程不规范或监测不及时等缺陷,致使医院的感染管理缺乏一定的质量。本文的目的 在于探讨将信息化管理与医院环境卫生学监测相结合,以弥补传统监测缺陷的应用效果。文章从当前信息化发展趋势和环境卫生学监测入手,分析信息化系统实施的必要性,并以南京市妇幼保健院中的实践情况为例,探讨该系统标本合格率、报告差错率和问卷反馈情况。结果 表明,该系统在提升监测工作效率和质量方面具有显著成效,有助于其他医疗机构的信息化建设和监测体系优化。Environmental health monitoring is the“ruler”to measure the cleaning and disinfection effect in modern medical institutions,which can trace the root cause of the hidden infection in hospitals.However,the traditional environmental health monitoring method is easy to have some defects such as non-standard process or untimely monitoring,which leads to the lack of quality of infection management in hospitals.The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of introducing information management into the current hospital environmental health monitoring,so as to make up for the defects of traditional monitoring.This paper discusses the development trend of informationization and environmental health monitoring,and analyzes the necessity of implementing informationization system.The qualified rate,report error rate and questionnaire feedback of the system were discussed based on the practice in Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The results show that the system has a remarkable effect in improving the efficiency and quality of monitoring work,and is helpful to the information construction and monitoring system optimization of other medical institutions.
