2024年北京市朝阳区人群中新型冠状病毒血清抗体水平检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨2024年北京市朝阳区人群中新型冠状病毒血清抗体水平及临床意义。方法 选择2024年5月-2024年6月接受血清抗体检查的165例居民作为研究对象,所有受试者入组后均抽取5mL静脉血,观察血清新型冠状病毒特异性免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平、临床资料对IgG和IgM水平及阳性率的影响。结果 IgG阳性患者164例(99.39%),阴性1例(0.61%)。IgM阳性3例(1.82%),IgM阴性162例(98.18%)。IgG和IgM均阴性患者1例(0.61%)。不同年龄、性别、采集时间、采集地点受试者的IgG表达水平、IgM表达水平、IgG阳性率、IgM阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IgG表达水平和IgG阳性率均与IgM阳性率不存在显著相关性(r=-0.103和0.011,P=0.189和0.892)。结论 2024年朝阳区社区居民短期内感染比例较2023年降低,并与年龄、性别、采集时间、采集地点、IgG抗体水平等不存在相关性,仅0.61%的人群缺乏中和抗体保护。Objective To investigate the serum antibody level of novel coronavirus in Chaoyang District of Beijing in 2024 and its clinical significance.Methods 165 residents who received serum antibody tests from May 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.After all the subjects were enrolled,5mL venous blood was drawn.The serum novel coronavirus specific immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels of all the subjects were detected by magnetic particle chemiluminescence method,and the impact of patients’clinical data on the levels and positive rates of IgG and IgM was observed.Results There were 164 IgG positive patients(99.39%)and 1 negative patient(0.61%).3 cases(1.82%)were IgM positive,and 162 cases(98.18%)were IgM negative.One patient(0.61%)was negative for both IgG and IgM.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the expression levels of IgG,IgM,IgG positivity rate,and IgM positivity rate among subjects of different ages,genders,collection times,and collection locations.There was no significant correlation between IgG expression level and IgG positivity rate and IgM positivity rate(r=-0.103 and 0.011,P=0.189 and 0.892).Conclusion The proportion of short-term infections among community residents in Chaoyang District in 2024 has decreased compared to 2023,and there is no correlation with age,gender,collection time,collection location,IgG antibody level,etc.Only 0.61%of the population lacks neutralizing antibody protection.
