摘　　要：目的 基于循证的持续质量改进模式构建神经外科留置导尿管患者导尿管相关尿路感染的防控方案。方法 基于循证护理实践的方法,以持续质量改进模式作为研究的理论基础,形成神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染的防控方案,采用德尔菲法对方案初稿进行修订,最终形成神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染防控的方案。结果 形成了包括制度、教育与培训,置管前准备,置管时执行无菌操作技术,材料选择,置管后的控制措施,标本及其他6项一级指标的神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染防控方案,两轮专家函询问卷的回收率均为100.0%,两轮专家函询Cr值均大于0.8。结论 构建的神经外科患者导尿管相关尿路感染防控方案具有较好的科学性、可操作性,可为神经外科医务人员提供参考。Objective To construct a prevention and control plan for urinary tract infections related to indwelling catheters in neurosurgical patients based on an evidence-based continuous quality improvement model.Methods Based on evidence-based nursing practice and using the continuous quality improvement model as the theoretical basis for research,a prevention and control plan for urinary tract infections related to catheterization in neurosurgical patients was developed.The initial draft of the plan was revised using the Delphi method,and finally a prevention and control plan for urinary tract infections related to catheterization in neurosurgical patients was formed.Results A plan for the prevention and control of urinary tract infections related to catheterization in neurosurgical patients was developed,which includes six primary indicators:system,education and training,preparation before catheterization,sterile operation techniques during catheterization,material selection,control measures after catheterization,specimens,and others.The response rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100.0%,two rounds of expert inquiries showed that the Cr value was greater than 0.8.Conclusion The constructed scheme for the prevention and control of urinary tract infections related to urinary catheters in neurosurgical patients has good scientificity and operability,which can provide reference for neurosurgical medical staff.
