摘　　要：总结1例重症肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的综合性中医护理干预方法,此患儿入院后对其实施积极的治疗方案和采取精心有效的综合性中医护理(穴位贴敷、中药局部熏洗、中药塌渍等综合性中医护理措施),旨在控制感染、改善患儿MPP临床症状,减少并发症发生,促进患儿病情恢复,为MPP的临床护理提供参考。To summarize intervention methods of comprehensive TCM nursing in a child with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).After admission,the child was treated with positive therapeutic regimens,careful and effective comprehensive TCM nursing measures(acupoint application,local TCM fumigation,Chinese herbs collapse)so as to control infection,improve clinical symptoms,reduce complications and promote recovery,provide reference for the clinical nursing of MPP.
