自拟固本调畅方内服联合运动疗法治疗斑秃的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 研究自拟固本调畅方联合运动疗法治疗斑秃的效果与机制。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年6月就诊的105例斑秃患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组53例予以常规治疗,研究组52例予以常规治疗+固本调畅方联合运动疗法。对比患者脱发面积及部位评分(AAL),毛发生长情况评分(HG),皮肤镜、毛发镜检查结果,炎症因子[白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)],临床疗效差异。结果 治疗前各指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组AAL、HG、毳毛率、TNF-α、IFN-γ结果均下降,且研究组更低;毛发密度与直径、毛囊密度、IL-10均增加,且研究组更高(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组总有效率更高,复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论 固本调畅方联合运动疗法可提高斑秃治疗有效率,促进毛发生长,调节细胞因子水平,效果可靠。Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of a self-designed Guben Tiaochang formula combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods 105 patients with alopecia areata who visited from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group consisted of 53 cases receiving conventional treatment,while the study group consisted of 52 cases receiving conventional treatment plus a combination of Guben Tiaochang formula and exercise therapy.Compare the differences in hair loss area and partial score(AAL),hair growth score(HG),dermatoscopy,hair microscopy examination,inflammatory factors[interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],and clinical efficacy among patients.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in all indicators(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups had AAL,HG,the hair growth rate,TNF-α,and IFN-γresults all decreased,and the study group had even lower levels;hair density and diameter,hair follicle density,and IL-10 all increased,and the study group had higher levels(P<0.05);compared to the control group,the study group had a higher effective rate and a lower recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Guben Tiaochang formula and exercise therapy can improve the treatment effect of alopecia areata,promote hair growth,regulate cytokine levels,and the effect is reliable.
