热敏灸联合穴位埋线治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨热敏灸联合穴位埋线治疗寒凝血瘀痛经的效果,以指导临床治疗措施的制定,提高寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的临床获益水平。方法 随机将我院2023年1月-2024年8月期间收治的寒凝血瘀型痛经患者90例分为两组,每组各45例。对照组采取穴位埋线治疗,基于此,观察组加用热敏灸治疗,均治疗3个疗程。比较两组的痛经情况、痛经症状及不良反应。结果 两组治疗后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低、痛经持续时间均缩短,且观察组变化幅度更大(P<0.05);两组治疗后的COX痛经症状量表(CMSS)评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.89%(4/45)与对照组的4.44%(2/45)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 热敏灸联合穴位埋线治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经有较好的效果,可有效缩短痛经持续时间,减轻疼痛程度,改善痛经症状,且有一定的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint burrowing in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,in order to guide the development of clinical therapeutic measures,and to improve the level of clinical benefit for patients with dysmenorrhea of the cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods Ninety patients with dysmenorrhea of the cold coagulation and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and August 2024 were randomly divided into 2 groups of 45 patients each.The control group was treated with acupoint burrowing,based on which the observation group was treated with additional heat-sensitive moxibustion,both of which were treated for 3 courses of treatment.The dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrhea symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores of both groups were reduced and the duration of dysmenorrhea was shortened,and the magnitude of change was greater in the observation group(P<0.05);the COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS)scores of both groups were reduced,and the observation group had a lower score(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group were 8.89%(4/45)compared with those of the control group,which were 4.44%(2/45),there was no statistical difference in comparison(P>0.05).Conclusion Thermal moxibustion combined with acupoint burrowing is effective in treating cold-congealed blood stasis type dysmenorrhea,which can effectively shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and has a certain degree of safety.
