摘 要:对目前国内外铝土矿采用的棒磨+球磨、破碎+球磨、高压辊磨+球磨以及半自磨+球磨等磨矿工艺进行了评述;结合某铝土矿具体案例,分析了单段半自磨工艺在铝土矿磨矿中的适用性。针对铝土矿单段半自磨工艺流程特性,深入剖析影响其稳定运行与磨矿效率的关键因素,提出了半自磨机结构和工作参数的优化建议。The grinding technologies of rod milling with ball milling,crushing with ball milling,HPGR with ball milling,and SAG with ball milling used in bauxite at home and abroad were reviewed.Then,combined with a specific case in bauxite,the applicability of single-stage SAG technology in bauxite grinding was analyzed.According to the characteristics of single-stage SAG technology of bauxite,the key factors affecting its stable operation and grinding efficiency were deeply analyzed,and the optimization suggestions for the structure and working parameters of SAG mills were put forward.
