摘  要:针对传统磨机重载启动、启动电流大的工况,结合永磁同步电动机(PMSM)效率高、低速性能好、过载能力强等优势,采用转矩输出能力强的最大转矩电流比控制,提出一种无传感器的永磁同步电动机矢量控制技术,省去了传统的气动离合器和专用的励磁装置,使磨机系统更加简单。在内蒙古某现场应用,结果表明:该技术能够实现磨机大转矩启动、高动态性能和高功率因数,且具有启动平稳、机械冲击小等优点。Aiming at the working conditions of starting in heavy load and starting with large current for the traditional mill,combined with the advantages of high efficiency,good low speed performance and strong overload capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a sensorless vector control technology for PMSM was proposed by using the maximum torque current ratio control with strong torque output capability,which eliminated the traditional pneumatic clutch and dedicated excitation device,making the system of the mill simpler.The technology was applied in a field in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the technology could realize the starting of the mill in high torque,high dynamic performance and high power factor,and had the advantages of smooth starting and small mechanical impact.
