心理距离对农户气候智慧型农业措施采纳的影响——基于安徽省322份农户问卷的实证分析

摘　　要：气候智慧型农业作为全球应对气候变化的创新模式,与我国农业强国建设及“藏粮于技”战略深度契合。本文基于位于长江经济带中部的安徽省的322份农户问卷,采用双变量probit模型与有序probit回归模型分析心理距离对农户采纳气候智慧型农业措施意愿与行为及其一致性的影响。结果表明:心理距离从空间、时间、社会、概率四个维度影响农户采纳气候智慧型农业措施(Climate-smart AgriculturePractices,简称“CSAPs”)的意愿和行为,且影响程度在意愿与行为中存在差异。心理距离四个维度对农户CSAPs采纳的影响程度和方向不同,其中时间距离、概率距离对三项措施的意愿和行为一致性影响均在1%水平下显著。心理距离越近,越有利于提高农户采纳CSAPs意愿向行为的转化率,提升二者的一致性。研究结论以期为破解农业创新技术采纳困境提供新的理论解释和实证证据,为长江经济带统筹生态环境保护和农业高质量发展提供决策依据。Climate-smart Agriculture("CSA"),as a global standardization and innovation model to cope with Climate change,conforms to the construction of China's agricultural power and the strategy of"storing grain in technology".Based on 322 valid farmer questionnaires from Anhui Province in 2024,this study used bivariate probit model and ordered probit regression model to analyze the effects of psychological distance on farmers'willingness and behavior to adopt climate-smart agriculture measures and their consistency.The results show that:Psychological distance affects farmers'willingness and behavior to adopt CSAPs from four dimensions:space,time,society and probability,and the degree of influence is different in willingness and behavior.The four dimensions of psychological distance have different influence degrees and directions on the adoption of CSAPs by farmers.Among them,time distance and probability distance have significant influence on the three measures at 1%level.The closer the psychological distance is,the more beneficial it is to improve the conversion rate of farmers'willingness to adopt CSAPs to their behavior,and promote the consistency and improvement of adoption willingness and behavior.The research conclusions are expected to provide new theoretical explanations and empirical evidence for solving the dilemma of adopting agricultural innovation technology,and provide decision-making basis and path anchor for the overall ecological environmental protection and high-quality agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
