数智时代大学生法治意识培育的强化进路

摘　　要：大学生法治意识培育是建设教育强国和法治中国的基础性工作,其主要任务是引导大学生不断增强法治认知、提升法治认同、坚定法治信仰。在大众传媒与互联网、智能终端相互叠加的效应下,数智技术的纵深发展正改变着法治教育的传统生态。大学生法治意识培育在迎来新机遇的同时,因学习场景的虚拟化、信息传播的密集化、网络社交的圈层化,而面临认知基础被弱化、理性建构被干扰、实践转化被制约等问题。为此,亟须在“大思政课”视域下,彰显思政小课堂的基础作用、强化社会大课堂的实践导向、挖掘网络云课堂的特有功能,促进三个课堂之间的有效贯通。The cultivation of college students'awareness of the rule of law is the basic work of building a strong educational state and a rule-of-law China,and its main task is to guide college students to continuously enhance their knowledge of the rule of law,improve their recognition of the rule of law,and strengthen their belief in the rule of law through rule of law education.Under the effect of the superimposition of mass media and the Internet,intelligent terminals,the deep development of digital intelligence technology is changing the traditional ecology of rule of law education.While ushering in new opportunities for the cultivation of university students'awareness of the rule of law,they are facing problems such as weakened cognitive foundations,disturbed rational constructs,and constrained practical transformations due to the virtualization of the learning scene,the densification of information dissemination,and the circling nature of network socialization.For this reason,it is urgent to highlight the fundamental role of the small classroom of ideology and politics,strengthen the practical orientation of the large social classroom,and explore the unique function of the cloud classroom of the network in the view of"big ideology and politics class",so as to promote the effective communication among the three classrooms.
