摘　　要：面对人工智能技术的蓬勃发展和仍然复杂的意识形态安全形势,应当进一步从价值、技术和实践等层面厘清人工智能驱动网络意识形态治理能力提升的逻辑进路。从价值逻辑来看,技术赋能是应对舆论格局深刻变化、西方意识形态强势渗透和顺应技术革命蓬勃发展态势的必然要求。从技术逻辑来看,技术为治理主体增能,能够显著提升对风险源的感知能力、对传导体的管理能力、对环境域的引导能力和对作用果的反馈能力。从实践逻辑来看,要夯实认知基础、铸牢技术底座、加强技术规制和完善机制保障,推动网络意识形态治理能力跨越式提升。Amidst AI's rapid development and persistent ideological security complexities,it's imperative to systematically analyze AI-driven approaches to enhance internet ideological governance across value,technological,and practical dimensions.From the perspective of value logic,technological empowerment is imperative to address evolving public opinion dynamics,counter pervasive Western ideological infiltration,and adapt to the thriving technological revolution.From the perspective of technical logic,technology empowers governance actors by significantly enhancing risk source detection,transmission channel management,environmental domain guidance,and outcome feedback mechanisms.From the perspective of practical logic,advancing internet ideological governance requires strengthening cognitive foundations,solidifying technological infrastructure,enhancing technical regulations,and improving safeguard mechanisms to drive leapfrog capacity development.
