摘 要:TiO_(2)具有光催化活性高、化学稳定性好、环保和价格低廉等特点,在污水处理、有机污染物降解、催化制氢、抗菌、抗癌以及自洁等领域具有广阔的应用前景。但是,TiO_(2)的禁带宽、光谱响应范围窄以及光量子效率不高是制约其光催化性能的主要因素。阐述了纳米TiO_(2)的制备方法、自身存在的缺陷及其改性方法。最后,对纳米TiO_(2)光催化剂的改性和优化提出了一些建议。TiO_(2) has high photocatalytic activity,good chemical stability,environmental friendliness and low price,so it has broad application prospects in the fields of wastewater treatment,organic pollutant degradation,catalytic hydrogen production,antibacterial,anticancer and self-cleaning.However,wide forbidden band,narrow spectral response range and low photo-quantum efficiency of TiO_(2) are the main factors restricting its photocatalytic performance.In this paper,the preparation method of nano-TiO_(2),its own defects and its modification method were elaborated in detail.Finally,some suggestions for the modification and optimization of nano-TiO_(2) photocatalysts were presented.
