摘 要:沸石分子筛在生物质多相催化制备环烷烃高密度碳氢燃料领域具有重要意义。合成了双子表面活性剂作为导向模板剂,采用水热法制备了单壁沸石纳米管,负载Ru金属颗粒,构建双功能催化剂,以愈创木酚为模型化合物,进行催化性能评价,同时探讨愈创木酚脱氧路径。与传统ZSM-5相比,单壁沸石纳米管极大地提升了愈创木酚加氢脱氧转化率和环烷烃收率。Zeolite molecular sieve is of great significance in the field of biomass heterogeneous catalytic preparation of naphthene high-density hydrocarbon fuel.In this paper,gemini surfactant was synthesized as guiding template agent.Single-wall zeolite nanotube was prepared by hydrothermal self-assembly.Bifunctional catalyst was constructed by loading Ru metal particles on the zeolite nanotube surface.The catalytic performance was evaluated basing the reactant of guaiacol as the model compound,and the deoxidation path was also discussed.Compared with traditional ZSM-5,single-wall zeolite nanotubes greatly improved the hydrodeoxidation conversion of guaiacol and the yield of cycloalkanes.
