摘  要:介绍了一种连续纺粘胶长丝用油剂HB-NJ551,可在无聚乙烯醇浆料条件下单独应用于粘胶长丝连续纺上油工序。对其理化性能、表面张力、润湿性进行了检测,同时在生产线上考察了油剂HB-NJ551的应用性能,并与使用聚乙烯醇浆料的生产线进行了比较。结果表明:油剂HB-NJ551为中性,易溶于水,对粘胶纤维具有优异的润湿、渗透性,其应用性能可达到聚乙烯醇水平。因此,HB-NJ551在连续纺粘胶长丝上油工序可完全替代聚乙烯醇。An oil agent HB-NJ551 for continuous spinning of viscose filament was introduced.It can be applied independently in the oiling process of viscose filament continuous spinning without the presence of polyvinyl alcohol sizing.The physicochemical properties,surface tension,and wetting properties of HB-NJ551 were tested.The application performance of the oil agent HB-NJ551 was examined on the production line,and a comparison was made with the production line using polyvinyl alcohol sizing.The results showed that HB-NJ551 was neutral,soluble in water,and exhibited excellent wetting and permeability to viscose fibers.Its application performance can match that of polyvinyl alcohol.Therefore,HB-NJ551 can completely replace polyvinyl alcohol in the oiling process of continuous spinning viscose filament.
