摘 要:为探究碱催化破解剩余污泥提取液对二氧化碳的吸收捕集性能,考察了破解提取条件对提取液吸收二氧化碳性能的影响,研究了提取液对二氧化碳的吸收捕集及再生性能,并对提取液重金属含量及种子发芽系数进行了测定,分析了肥料化利用的可能性。结果表明:碱的种类、投加量、破解温度以及污泥含水率均对提取液中氨基酸含量有影响,氨基酸含量与提取液对二氧化碳的吸收性能正相关;二氧化碳吸收量随温度升高先升高后降低,随初始浓度和流速增加而增大。采用鼓泡法,在20℃条件下,二氧化碳初始浓度为20%,流速为30 m L·min^(-1),对二氧化碳的吸收量达到41.34 g·L^(-1);90℃下解吸,二氧化碳的释放量达到37.82 g·L^(-1);结合红外光谱分析表明,二氧化碳与提取液中的氨基酸盐发生作用,实现碳捕集;提取液重金属含量远低于国家标准,发芽系数大于0.5。污泥提取液用于肥料化利用具有较好的应用前景。To investigate the carbon dioxide absorption and capture performance of residual sludge extract by alkali catalysis,the influence of extraction conditions on the carbon dioxide absorption performance was examined.The study included an analysis of the carbon dioxide absorption,capture,and regeneration properties of the extract,as well as a determination of its heavy metal content and seed germination coefficient.Additionally,the possibility of fertilizer utilization was analyzed.The results indicated that the type of alkali,dosage,cracking temperature,and sludge moisture content had effects on the amino acid content of the extract.Furthermore,it was found that the amino acid content was positively correlated with the carbon dioxide absorption performance.The increase in temperature initially led to an increase in carbon dioxide absorption followed by a decrease;similarly,both initial concentration and flow velocity were found to impact absorption positively.Specifically at 20℃with an initial concentration of 20%and a flow rate of 30mL/min,the amount absorbed reached 41.34mg/L;while at 90℃,the release reached37.82mg/L.Infrared spectrum analysis revealed that carbon dioxide reacted with amino acid salts in the extract to achieve carbon capture.The heavy metal content with in the extract was found to be much lower than national standards,and the germination coefficient exceeded 0.5.Thus,it can be concluded that the sludge extract has promising potential for fertilizer utilization.
