纳米零价铁强化污泥厌氧消化的实验研究

摘  要:纳米零价铁(NZVI)作为强化厌氧系统已有部分实验研究。在污泥厌氧消化体系中投加不同浓度的纳米零价铁,探究纳米零价铁的浓度对污泥厌氧消化作用的影响以及对系统厌氧消化产甲烷的影响。改变系统p H值等条件从而探究污泥厌氧消化的最佳条件。结果表明:在一定范围内,纳米零价铁对污泥厌氧消化的促进作用和纳米零价铁的投加量呈正相关。在厌氧消化过程中,纳米零价铁投加量为1.0 g·L^(-1)的实验组COD降解率最高,达到了98.5%;而当纳米零价铁投加量达到2.0 g·L^(-1)时,则对COD的降解产生了明显的抑制作用,COD降解率相较于空白组降低了3.3%。在厌氧产气阶段,纳米铁投加量为0.5 g·L^(-1)时对污泥厌氧消化产气呈现促进作用,当系统p H为7.0时,系统的总体产气量最高,产气量提高17.2%,且效果较为明显。There have been some experimental studies on zero-valent iron nanoparticles as an enhanced anaerobic system.In this paper,different concentrations of zero-valent iron nanoparticles were added to the sludge anaerobic digestion system to explore the effects of the concentration of zero-valent iron nanoparticles on the anaerobic digestion of sludge and the methane production of the system.Secondly,conditions such as pH value of the system are changed to explore the best conditions for sludge anaerobic digestion.The experimental results show that in a certain range,the promotion effect of zero-valent iron nanoparticles on sludge anaerobic digestion is positively correlated with the dosage of zero-valent iron nanoparticles.In the process of anaerobic digestion,the degradation rate of COD(chemical oxygen demand)is the highest in the experimental group with the dosage of 1.0 g‧L^(-1) of zero-valent iron nanoparticles,reaching 98.5%.When the dosage of zero-valent iron nanoparticles reaches 2.0 g‧L^(-1),the degradation rate of COD is significantly inhibited,and the degradation rate of COD is reduced by 3.3%compared with the blank group.In the anaerobic gas production stage,when the dosage of nano-iron is 0.5 g‧L^(-1),it can promote the gas production of sludge anaerobic digestion.When the system pH is 7.0,the overall gas production of the system is the highest,and the gas production is increased by 17.2%.
