摘  要:以丙烯酸镁溶液为聚合单体,以高岭土为填料,选用过硫酸铵-三乙醇胺为引发剂,采用自由基聚合工艺制备聚丙烯酸镁/高岭土复合防水材料,对其结构与形貌进行了表征,并对力学性能、吸水溶胀和保水性进行了测试与分析。实验结果表明:当高岭土添量为20wt%时,复合防水材料具有良好的力学性能,其拉伸强度达到0.178MPa,应变率达到1 052%。此外,复合防水材料还具有良好的保水性和抗溶胀性能,其在地下工程建筑渗漏治理方面具有良好的应用前景。Magnesium polyacrylate/kaolin composite waterproof materials were prepared by free radical polymerization process using magnesium acrylate solution as the polymerizing monomer,kaolin as the filler,and ammonium persulfate-triethanolamine as the initiator.The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized,and the mechanical properties,water absorption swelling and water retention were tested and analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of kaolin is 20wt%,the composite waterproof material had good mechanical properties,with its tensile strength reaching 0.178 MPa and Strain reaching 1052%.In addition,the composite waterproof material also has good water retention and anti-swelling properties,and has a good application prospect in the leakage control of underground engineering buildings.
