摘  要:换热器管束的腐蚀对于石化工厂来说是非常棘手的问题,因为换热管的穿孔会导致冷却液从管中泄漏到工艺流体中,导致产品质量问题,故换热器管束的涂层防护得到了人们的重视。从金属涂层、陶瓷涂层、聚合物涂层、干燥剂涂层等方面综述了国内外换热器管束涂层的研究现状,并对换热器管束涂层的发展趋势及应用前景进行了分析和展望。The corrosion of heat exchanger tube bundle is a very difficult problem for petrochemical plants,because the perforation of heat exchanger tube will lead to the leakage of coolant from the tube to the process fluid,which will lead to product quality problems,so the coating protection of heat exchanger tube bundle has been paid attention to.The research status of heat exchanger tube bundle coating at home and abroad was summarized from the aspects of metal coating,ceramic coating,polymer coating and desiccant coating,and the development trend and application prospect of heat exchanger tube bundle coating were analyzed and prospected.
