摘 要:旨在通过对化肥设备的故障诊断与维护技术进行模拟分析,研究设备运行中的关键参数及其对设备性能的影响。通过基于物理模型和数据驱动模型的故障诊断方法,结合智能监控、故障诊断与维护优化技术,模拟了设备在实际运行中的故障发生情况。仿真结果显示:故障频率随着智能监控系统和人工智能诊断技术的应用显著下降,设备运行效率得到了有效提升。通过现场监测数据分析,表明设备的温度、振动、压力等关键参数在控制措施实施后稳定性增强,运行效率明显提高。经济效益和设备可靠性也得到了有效保障,设备的维修周期得到了优化,寿命得到了延长。研究表明,通过智能化技术的引入,化肥设备的故障诊断与维护能够显著提升设备的可靠性和生产效益。Through the fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of the fertilizer equipment and its influence on its performance.Through the fault diagnosis method based on physical model and data-driven model,combined with intelligent monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance optimization technology,the fault occurrence in the actual operation is simulated.The simulation results show that the failure frequency has been significantly decreased with the application of intelligent monitoring system and artificial intelligence diagnosis technology,and the operation efficiency of the equipment has been effectively improved.Through the analysis of the field monitoring data,it shows that the key parameters such as temperature,vibration,pressure of the equipment have enhanced stability and operation efficiency significantly improved after the implementation of control measures.Economic benefits and equipment reliability have also been effectively guaranteed,the maintenance cycle of equipment has been optimized,and the life has been extended.The research shows that through the introduction of intelligent technology,the fault diagnosis and maintenance of chemical fertilizer equipment can significantly improve the reliability and production efficiency of the equipment.
