摘 要:某炼厂蜡油加氢裂化装置的原料为常减压装置减二线和减三线直馏蜡油及催化裂化装置的催化柴油,在生产中根据生产需要会调整催柴掺炼比例。由于催柴与减压蜡油性质有所差别,分析在催柴不同掺炼比对装置操作及产品的影响。通过对不同掺炼比下数据的分析,得出催柴掺炼量的不同会对反应温升、产品收率、产品性质、转化率、反应耗氢等方面产生影响。当转化率发生较大变化时对装置影响较大,会对分馏、吸收稳定部分的生产造成波动,对产品收率有影响。The raw materials of the paraffin hydrocracking unit in a refinery are VGO No.2 and No.3 straight-run paraffin oil from the atmospheric and vacuum unit and the catalytic diesel from the catalytic cracking unit.Due to the difference in the properties of diesel and vacuum wax oil,effects of different blending ratio of diesel on plant operation and products were analyzed.Through the analysis of the data under different blending ratio,it was concluded that the different blending amount of catalytic diesel could affect the reaction temperature rise,product yield,product properties,conversion rate,reaction hydrogen consumption and so on.When the conversion rate changed greatly,it had a great impact on the device,which could cause fluctuations in the production of fractionation and absorption stabilization to affect the yield of the product.
