摘  要:从统筹“减油增化”发展角度分析,邻二甲苯(OX)作为高附加值化工产品,对其提质增产具有显著的经济效益,也是推动我国石化工业高质量发展的重要途径之一。文章简要介绍了某石化600 kt·a^(-1)芳烃联合装置联产邻二甲苯产品现状,进而分析了该装置邻二甲苯产品质量操作瓶颈:存在部分非芳烃、异丙苯及碳八芳烃同分异构体;影响邻二甲苯产品产量因素有二甲苯塔原料构成比例、二甲苯塔及邻二甲苯塔精馏工艺。逐一优化上述要素后,装置邻二甲苯产品纯度由96.5 wt%提升至98.0 wt%,邻二甲苯产品产量由11.3 t·h^(-1)提升至14.0 t·h^(-1),增效显著。As a high value-added chemical product,o-xylene has significant economic benefits to improve its quality and increase output,and is also one of the important ways to promote the high-quality development of China's petrochemical industry.This paper introduced the present situation of O-xylene production in a 600 kt·a^(-1) aromatic complex,then analyzed the bottleneck of O-xylene product quality operation as follows:non-aromatic,cumene and C8 aromatic isomer.The factors affecting the yield of o-xylene product are the proportion of raw materials and the operation of rectification column.After optimization,the purity of o-xylene product was increased from 96.5 wt%to over 98.0 wt%,and the output of o-xylene product was increased from 11.3 t·h^(-1)to 14.0 t·h^(-1).
