摘 要:针对稠油生产过程中,由于蜡在井筒中析出造成井筒堵塞,胶质、沥青质近井地带沉积造成地层堵塞的问题,从5种溶剂中优选出对稠油降黏效果最好的混合芳烃,通过将混合芳烃与9种表面活性剂体系进行复配,得到室温下稳定存放超过30 d的乳液复合型高效清蜡解堵剂。对该体系进行了室内评价和现场实验。结果显示:0.5 wt%高效清蜡解堵剂可以使油水界面张力降低到10^(-2) mN·m^(-1)以下,原液的溶蜡速率达到1.635 mg·min^(-1)·mL^(-1),5 wt%高效清蜡解堵剂动态降黏率达到99.6%,动态降黏率达到76.5%。该试剂在渤海某稠油井使用后,使该井产油量由3.54 m^(3)·d^(-1)提高到11.68 m^(3)·d^(-1),现场取得了良好的应用效果。In response to the issues of wellbore plugging caused by wax precipitation in the wellbore during the production process of heavy oil,and formation plugging caused by the deposition of resins and asphaltenes near the wellbore.The best de-emulsifying effect mixed aromatics were selected from five types of solvents.By compounding the mixed aromatics with nine types of surfactant systems,an emulsion composite high-efficiency wax removal and unblocking agent that can be stably stored at room temperature for more than 30 d was obtained.An indoor evaluation and field test were conducted on this system,and the research results showed that 0.5 wt%of the high-efficiency wax removal and unblocking agent could reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to below 10^(-2) mN·m^(-1),and the wax dissolution rate of the original solution reached 1.635 mg·min^(-1)·mL^(-1).The dynamic viscosity reduction rate of the 5 wt%highefficiency wax removal and unblocking agent reached 99.6%,and the dynamic viscosity reduction rate reached 76.5%.After the use of this agent in a heavy oil well in the Bohai Sea,the oil production of the well was increased from 3.54 m^(3)·d^(-1) to 11.68 m^(3)·d^(-1),and good application effect was achieved in the field.
