摘　　要：旨在介绍灵活型加氢裂化催化剂FC-76在某炼厂加氢裂化装置的工业应用,包括催化剂的装填、标定期间的主要分布和产品性质。结果表明:采用中石化(大连)石油化工研究院有限公司(FRIPP)研发的灵活型加氢裂化催化剂FC-76,干气收率为1.03%,液态烃收率为2.09%,轻石收率为10.65%,重石收率为15.7%,硫氮含量低,芳潜高,是优质的催化重整原料;航煤收率为28.84%,烟点27~28 mm,可作为优质3#喷气燃料。柴油收率为18.34%,十六烷指数67~68,可直接生产国六清洁柴油。尾油收率为21.2%;BMCI值为8.9~9.3,是优质的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料,能够很好地满足生产需求。This article introduces the industrial situation results of the flexible hydrocracking catalyst FC-76 in a hydrocracking unit of a certain refinery,including catalyst loading,main product distribution during calibration,and product properties.The results showed that using the FC-76 hydrocracking catalyst developed by Sinopec(Dalian)Petrochemical Research Institute Co.,Ltd.(FRIPP),the dry gas yield was 1.03%,liquid hydrocarbon yield was 2.09%,light stone yield was 10.65%,heavy stone yield was 15.7%,sulfur and nitrogen content was low,aromatic potential was high,and it was a high-quality catalytic reforming raw material;The yield of aviation coal is 28.8%,with a smoke point of 27-28 mm,which can be used as high-quality 3#jet fuel;The diesel yield is 18.34%,with a cetane index of 67-68,which can directly produce National VI clean diesel;The yield of tail oil is 21.2%.The BMCI value is 8.9-9.3,which is a high-quality raw material for steam cracking to produce ethylene.It can meet production very well.
