摘 要:旨在建立测定生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐(ClO_(2)^(-))的离子色谱-质谱联用法,通过优化离子色谱和质谱条件,考察干扰因素,形成准确高效的测定方法,并采集实际水样进行实验验证。结果表明:水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,进样量为100μL,采用Dionex Ion Pac AS 19离子色谱柱,在淋洗液浓度为35 mmol·L^(-1)KOH的条件下,以0.35 mL·min^(-1)流速淋洗。利用电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪的负离子多反应监测模式,对目标物进行定性和定量分析。在优化的条件下,亚氯酸盐的方法检出限为0.21μg·L^(-1)。对某市12份自来水管网末梢水进行测定,亚氯酸盐检出率为40%,检出浓度均低于5μg·L^(-1),加标回收率为92.3%~98.8%,相对偏差为3.8%~7.1%。该方法简便、稳定、灵敏度高,可用于生活饮用水中亚氯酸盐含量的快速测定。A method was established for the determination of sodium chlorite in drinking water source by ion chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(IC-MS).By adjusting the IC and MS settings and investigating the interfering components,an accurate and efficient approach was developed,and actual water samples were obtained for experimental verification.The water sample was filtered via a 0.22μm membrane and injected with a volume of 100μL.A Dionex IonPac AS 19 ion chromatographic column was employed for isocratic elution at a flow rate of 0.35 mL‧min^(-1) with an eluent concentration of 40 mM KOH.The optimized settings resulted in a chlorite detection limit of 0.21μg‧L^(-1).The detection rate of chlorite was 40%in 12 parts of a city's water delivery network,with quantities below 5μg‧L^(-1).The recoveries of spiked water ranged from 92.3%to 98.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 3.8%to 7.1%.The experimental results shown that the approach is simple,stable,and sensitive,and can be utilized for the rapid assessment and confirmation of chlorite level in drinking water,providing a potent detection and assurance technology to improve drinking water safety.
