摘　　要：新质生产力本身就是绿色生产力,是由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置和产业深度转型升级而催生的先进生产力质态。本文基于2012—2022年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据建立空间计量模型和中介效应模型,考察绿色金融对新质生产力发展的空间协同效应及渠道作用机制。研究发现:绿色金融可以促进新质生产力发展,且空间协同效应显著。绿色金融借助绿色技术创新、绿色全要素生产率提升直接推动新质生产力发展,且绿色技术创新是最主要的作用渠道;在间接渠道方面,绿色金融能够加快产业转型升级,从而间接促进新质生产力发展。异质性研究表明,第一批绿色金融改革创新试验区成立以来,绿色金融对新质生产力的促进作用明显增强。因此,为促进新质生产力发展,我国应加快绿色金融服务体系建设,充分发挥绿色技术创新、绿色全要素生产率提升和产业转型升级对新质生产力的推动作用。New productivity itself is green productivity.It is an advanced productivity quality resulting from revolutionary breakthroughs in technology,innovative allocation of production factors,and in-depth industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2012 to 2022,a spatial econometric model and an intermediary effect model were established to examine the spatial synergy and channel mechanism of green finance on new productivity.The study found that green finance can promote the development of new productive forces and has significant spatial synergy effects.Green finance directly promotes the development of new productivity with the help of green technology innovation and green total factor productivity improvement,and green technology innovation is the most important channel;In terms of indirect channels,green finance can accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,thereby indirectly promoting the development of new productivity.Heterogeneity research shows that since the establishment of the first batch of green finance reform pilot zones,the impact of green finance on new productivity has been significantly enhanced.Therefore,in order to promote the development of new productivity,China should accelerate the construction of a green financial service system and give full play to the role of green technological innovation,green total factor productivity improvement and industrial transformation and upgrading in promoting new productivity.
