摘  要:采用亚麻酸改性环氧树脂和酚醛环氧树脂复合为成膜物质,搭配腰果酚醛胺环氧固化剂制备了改性高固体分污水设施内壁防腐涂料,并详述了关键创新点亚麻酸改性环氧树脂液和钛白粉微溶胶液的制备工艺。验证了亚麻酸改性环氧树脂可以提升涂膜附着力;验证了钛白粉微溶胶液对涂膜抗藻类附着与滋生有积极作用;验证了改性高固体分污水设施内壁防腐涂料搭配腰果酚醛胺环氧固化剂,涂膜耐盐雾性能更好;探讨了适合不同施工工况下适用期的腰果酚醛胺环氧固化剂MD550与MD650的比例。This study used a composite of linolenic acid modified epoxy resin and phenolic epoxy resin as film-forming substance,combined with cashew phenolic amine epoxy curing agent to prepare modified high-solid anti-corrosion coatings for inner walls of sewage facilities.The key innovation points,the preparation processes of linolenic acid modified epoxy resin liquid and titanium dioxide microsol liquid,were described in detail.It verified that linolenic acid modified epoxy resin can improve the adhesion of coatings film;it verified that titanium dioxide microsol solution has a positive effect on the anti-algae adhesion and growth of coatings film;it verified that the combination of modified high-solid anti-corrosion coatings for inner walls of sewage facilities and cashew phenolic amine epoxy curing agent resulted in better salt spray resistance of coatings film;it explored the ratio of cashew phenolic amine epoxy curing agents MD550 and MD650 suitable for different application conditions and their application periods.
