摘  要:以水性多元醇聚合物树脂和亲水型聚异氰酸酯固化剂为成膜物制备了水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。考察了水性多元醇聚合物、固化剂、n(—NCO)︰n(—OH)、附着力促进剂对涂膜耐湿热性的影响。结果表明:成膜物选用中羟含量水性多元醇聚合物分散体树脂和磺酸盐改性的阴离子聚异氰酸酯固化剂,n(—NCO)︰n(—OH)为1.5,附着力促进剂选用氨基改性硅烷,制得的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料耐湿热性良好。Waterborne acrylic polyurethane coatings were prepared using waterborne polyol polymer resin and hydrophilic polyisocyanate curing agent as film-forming agents.This paper explored the influence of waterborne polyol polymers,curing agents,—NCO to—OH equivalent ratio and adhesion promoter on the moisture and heat resistance of coatings.The results showed that when the film-forming agent selected was a waterborne polyol polymer dispersion resin with medium hydroxyl content and an anionic polyisocyanate curing agent modified with sulfonate,the—NCO to—OH equivalent ratio is 1.5,and amino modified silane is selected as the adhesion promoter,the waterborne acrylic polyurethane coatings obtained have good moisture and heat resistance.
