摘　　要：针对商用车底盘整喷防护涂层存在的VOC排放高、干燥效率低及紫外线屏蔽不足等问题,对一种新型透明聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料进行了应用研究,重点通过对比阐述了其便捷的施工性能,优异的抗石击及耐候性,可实现免烘快干、低VOC排放,并列举了其性能指标及施工工艺。实际应用表明,其可提升底盘防护寿命并实现高产出效率,为商用车涂装提供环保高效解决方案。To address the issues of high volatile organic compound(VOC)emissions,low drying efficiency,and insufficient ultraviolet(UV)shielding in commercial vehicle chassis coatings,this paper conducts applied research on new transparent polyaspartic polyurea coatings.By comparison,it emphasizes the convenient application performance,stone impact resistance,and good weather resistance,which enable quick-drying without baking and low VOC emission.Its performance indexes and application process are listed.Practical applications have demonstrated the ability to extend chassis protection lifespan and enable high yield efficiency,providing an eco-efficient solution for commercial vehicle painting.
