摘  要:功率超声波具有节能、环保、高效以及可提高焊接质量等优点,在弧焊中具有广泛应用前景。概述了功率超声波在弧焊领域的发展情况,讨论了超声波的几种特殊效应以及功率超声辅助在各种焊接方法中的应用特点,并对未来超声波技术在电弧焊接中的研究方向进行了展望,希望对电弧焊接过程中的超声技术进行基础研究与工程应用的焊接学者提供一些有价值的参考。The application of power ultrasonic is prospective in arc welding as it is energy-saving,environment-friendly,efficient and the improvement of the welding quality.The recent research progress of application of power ultrasonic in arc welding was summarized.Also,the ultrasonic effects and the characteristics of power ultrasonic assistance in various welding methods were discussed.In addition,the research directions of ultrasonic technology in arc welding were prospected.It provides some valuable references for scholars who study the fundamental research and engineering applications of ultrasonic technology in arc welding process.
