摘 要:基于耐热刻痕取向硅钢生产立体卷铁心的制造过程和退火工艺,研究了去应力退火制度对耐热刻痕取向硅钢磁性能的影响,并构建了退火炉内铁心的仿真计算模型。结果表明,耐热刻痕取向硅钢退火温度在750℃以上且保温时长不低于60 min可有效消除卷制产生的内应力;去应力退火过程中,升温和降温阶段铁心各处存在显著的温度差异,一定时长的保温段可减小温度差异,保持铁心内部受热均匀性;使用模拟计算的方法,可以准确预报铁心各处温度的变化。Based on the manufacturing and annealing process of three-dimensional wound core using heat-resistant scribed grain-oriented silicon steel,the effect of stress relief annealing(SRA)process on the magnetic properties of oriented silicon steel was studied,and also the simulation model of iron core in annealing furnace was constructed.The results show that annealing temperature above 750℃and holding time at least 60 min can effectively eliminate the internal stress caused by wounding.During stress relief annealing,there are significant temperature differences at different positions of the core in the heating and cooling stages.The holding section for a certain period of time can reduce the temperature difference and maintain the heating uniformity.Using the method of simulation calculation,the change of temperature around the core can be accurately predicted.
