摘  要:对SiC_(p)增强铝基复合材料进行微弧氧化和封孔处理,对膜层的厚度、粗糙度、表面微观形貌、相组成和耐盐雾腐蚀性能进行检测分析,研究了电参数和封闭处理对微弧氧化膜层微观形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:微弧氧化膜层主要由α-Al_(2)O_(3)和γ-Al_(2)O_(3)相组成,当膜层厚度为30~40μm时,粗糙度可以控制在2.12μm以下。粗糙度最佳的电参数为频率1000 Hz、占空比30%、电流密度1 A/dm^(2)。封孔处理可以大幅提高SiC_(p)增强铝基复合材料微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性。The micro-arc oxidation and pore sealing treatment of SiC_(p) reinforced aluminum matrix composite was carried out.The thickness,roughness,surface morphology,phase composition and salt spray corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film were tested.The effects of electrical parameters and sealing treatment on the microscopic morphology and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxide film layer were studied.The results show that the MAO coating is mainly composed ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) phase andγ-Al_(2)O_(3) phase.When the thickness of the film is 30-40μm,the roughness can be controlled below 2.12μm;the electrical parameters with the best roughness are frequency of 1000 Hz,duty cycle of 30%and current density of 1 A/dm^(2).Sealing treatment can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation layer of the SiC_(p) reinforced aluminum matrix composite.
