摘  要:目前主流制氢技术日益成熟,未来氢经济的发展将依赖于低成本地进行氢气输送和配送。尽管存在氢脆、高流速、易泄露、压缩能耗大等问题,但与现有其他输氢方式相比,高压碳钢管道可以实现氢气长距离大规模输送,从而降低输送成本。为了方便快捷地开展氢气长输管道方案研究,以氢气长输管道系统为研究对象,分析了其技术特性、建设成本和操作费用构成,提出了一种平准化成本模型。该模型将氢气长输管道系统简化为线路部分和站场部分进行建设投资和操作费用计算,并细化建设投资和操作费用构成,采用HDSAM模型相关式来逐项进行计算;使用年化成本除以质量流量得出氢气长输管道的平准化成本,可与其他输送方式同维度对比。研究结果表明:①长度为500 km的DN900氢气长输管道输送每公斤氢气的平准化成本为2.44元;②氢气长输管道运输成本远低于其他输氢方式,规模效益明显。结论认为:①该平准化成本模型可以快速估算投资费用和平准化成本,为经济评价提供依据,方便定量地分析管道长度、管径、输量的影响程度,辅助工程项目前期的投资决策;②该平准化成本模型同样适用于其他介质的长输管道。Main hydrogen production technologies are increasingly grown up.Hydrogen economy will rely on hydrogen transportation and distribution with low cost in the coming years.Carbon steel pipelines with high pressure can achieve long-distance and largescale transportation despite of many problems in this transportation,such as fragile,high flow rate,easy leakage and high consumption of compressional energy.Compared to other transportation modes,it still reduces transportation cost.Thus,taken long-distance hydrogen pipelines as examples,a levelized cost model was built to discuss their technical characteristics,construction investment and operation costs.In this model,the pipeline system was simplified as lines and stations for calculating both construction investment and operation cost.And the investment and cost were subdivided and computed by using the relational expression of HDSAM model.In addition,the levelized cost was calculated after dividing annualized cost by mass flow rate,and this model was compared with other transportation modes.Results show that(i)the levelized cost is 2.44 CNY/kg H2 for the DN900 long-distance hydrogen pipelines with 500-km long;and(ii)compared to other transportation modes,the long-distance hydrogen pipelines boast greatly lower transportation cost and achieve more remarkable benefits.In conclusion,this cost model can quickly estimate both investment expense and levelized cost to provide basis for economic evaluation,facilitate the impact of pipeline length,diameter and throughput,and assist in making investment decisions in early engineering projects.This model is also applicable to long-distance pipelines of other media.
