摘　　要：本文以一乙醇胺硼酸酯、糠醛和9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为原料,采用一锅法合成了一种新型磷-氮-硼阻燃剂(MFD),并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征。以MFD为添加剂、4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)为固化剂制备了阻燃改性环氧树脂(EP),采用热重分析、UL 94垂直燃烧测试、极限氧指数(LOI)测试以及拉伸性能测试研究了MFD对EP热稳定性、阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。通过UL 94垂直燃烧和LOI测试发现,添加2%质量分数的MFD,阻燃型EP的阻燃性能达到UL 94 V-0等级,LOI高达33%。MFD热分解产生的含磷化合物和含硼化合物促进EP基体成炭,提高残炭率,因此当添加3%质量分数的MFD,阻燃型EP的残炭率达到19.3%,MFD有良好的促进成炭作用。阻燃剂的加入会提高EP的热稳定性以及降低力学性能。A novel phosphorus-nitrogen-boron flame retardant(MFD)was synthesized by a one-pot method using monoethanolamine borate,furfural and 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)as starting materials,and its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.A flame-retardant modified epoxy resin(EP)was prepared with MFD as an additive and 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM)as a curing agent.The effects of MFD on the thermal stability,flame retardancy and mechanical properties of EP were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis,UL 94 vertical burning,limiting oxygen index(LOI)test,and tensile strength test.It was found by UL 94 vertical burning and LOI tests that when MFD of a 2%mass fraction was added,the flame-retardant EP reached UL 94 V-0 rating,and the LOI value was up to 33%.As the phosphoruscontaining compounds and boron-containing compounds produced by thermal decomposition of MFD promote char formation in the EP matrix and increase the char residue rate,when MFD of a 3%mass fraction was added,the char residue rate of flame-retardant EP reached 19.3%,demonstrating MFD’S significant effect on promoting carbon formation.The addition of MFD improves the thermal stability and reduces the mechanical properties of the EP.
