磷石膏中可溶磷、可溶氟的水洗脱除研究

摘  要:为了将磷化工行业在磷酸生产过程中产生的工业固体废弃物磷石膏中的磷、氟等有害杂质脱除,使其得到更好的资源化再利用,采用水洗法对磷石膏中可溶磷和可溶氟进行脱除,分别探究液固比、水洗时间和水洗温度对可溶磷和可溶氟脱除率的影响,采用SPSS软件设计正交试验,探讨多因素共同作用下的水洗优化工艺条件。正交试验结果表明,液固比2∶1,水洗温度70℃,水洗时间5 min时,脱除效果最优,可溶磷脱除率为94.82%,可溶氟脱除率为89.40%,处理后磷石膏中可溶磷和可溶氟的质量分数分别从0.34%和0.84%降为0.089%和0.044%,符合《磷石膏》(GB/T 23456—2018)中一级品的指标要求。Phosphogypsum is an industrial solid waste produced by the phosphorus chemical industry in the process of phosphoric acid production.Removal of phosphorus,fluorine and other harmful impurities from phosphogypsum can enable better resource utilization.In this study,the effects of liquid-to-solid ratio,washing time and washing temperature on the removal rates of soluble phosphorus and soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum were investigated in accordance with the washing process,and orthogonal experiments were designed using the SPSS software to obtain the optimized process conditions under the combined effect of multiple factors.The results showed that under liquid-to-solid ratio of 2∶1,washing temperature of 70℃,and washing time of 5 min,the best removal effect was achieved:the removal rates of soluble phosphorus was 94.82%and that of soluble fluorine 89.40%.The mass fraction of soluble phosphorus and soluble fluorine in phosphogypsum was reduced from 0.34%and 0.84%to 0.089%and 0.044%,respectively,meeting the grade one standards of“Phosphogypsum”in GB/T 23456—2018.
