摘 要:叶顶间隙的存在使得多相混输泵能量损失较大。为研究叶顶间隙对混输泵能量损失的影响规律,基于熵产理论在不同叶顶间隙下对混输泵内的能量损失进行分析。研究发现:叶轮内湍流耗散率大于导叶内湍流耗散率,湍流耗散率在叶轮中部出现最大值;叶顶间隙增大对导叶出口湍流耗散有较为明显的抑制效果;叶顶间隙的增加会导致叶轮中间区域的熵产增大、能量损失增加,且熵产最大值逐渐向后移动;叶轮壁面高熵产分布主要位于叶片压力面、叶顶间隙、叶片进口前缘以及进口轮毂附近;叶顶间隙尺寸不是衡量叶顶间隙损失的唯一指标,间隙损失也不与尺寸呈线性关系,而是受到其他运行工况共同决定。The existence of tip clearance makes the energy loss of the multiphase pump large.There-fore,in order to study the influence of tip clearance on the energy loss,the method based on entropy genera-tion theory is used to analyze the energy loss in the multiphase pump under the different tip clearances.It is found that the turbulent dissipation rate in the impeller is greater than that in the guide vane,and the maxim-um value of the turbulent dissipation rate occurs in the middle of the impeller.The increase of tip clearance has a significant effect on the control of turbulent dissipation at the outlet of guide vane.The increase of tip clearance will lead to the increase of entropy generation and energy loss in the middle region of the im-peller,and the maximum value of entropy generation will gradually move backward.The distribution of the high entropy generation on the impeller wall is mainly located near the pressure surface of the blade,the tip clearance,the leading edge of the blade inlet and the inlet hub.The size of the tip clearance is not the only index to measure the clearance loss of the blade tip,and the loss is not linearly related to the size,but is jointly determined by other operating conditions.
