摘  要:钴基合金是一种有着特殊组织结构和优异性能的材料,在各行业中有着广泛的应用,但由于其焊接工艺性能存在不足,加工和应用中易出现各类缺陷,其中以焊接裂纹最为明显,对设备的正常运行影响最大。本文为分析钴基合金焊接裂纹出现的规律,对钴基合金堆焊层裂纹的典型案例和工程应用进行讨论,重点阐述钴基合金裂纹的形成机理和常见原因,并基于工程案例分析和归纳对裂纹进行有效控制的措施。Co-based alloy is of a special microstructure with excellent properties so as to be widely used in various industries.However,different defects on Co-based alloy overlay have been reported while welding or operate an equipment with Co-based alloy because of a poor weldability from this alloy,one of which is the cracks.The cracks have been proved to show a most negative impact on an equipment.This pa-per is developed to study the crack morphology and its causes.Thus some miscellaneous cases on Co-based alloy were specially analyzed and described,and the typical basic laws and usual methodology causes were raised and finally some suggestions to limit the cracks on Co-based alloy overlay were summarized.
