摘　　要：纪律建设是党的建设的基础工程,是全面从严治党的治本之策,是破解大党独有难题的重要途径。党的纪律建设以无产阶级政党建设理论为遵循,以中华优秀传统文化为根脉,以党的自我革命重要思想为指引,具有深厚的理论渊源。一百多年来,我们党始终坚持把政治纪律和政治规矩摆在首位、与时俱进加强法规制度建设、毫不含糊强化纪律刚性执行、因时因势开展纪律教育,积累了加强党的纪律建设的丰富经验。新征程上,需要深化对党的纪律建设的规律性认识,突出政治性、严肃性、针对性、实效性,以严明政治纪律带动各项纪律全面从严、以精准监督执纪切实维护纪律刚性约束、以盯住“关键少数”带动管好“绝大多数”、以常态长效纪律教育引导党员干部增强纪律自觉,不断把党的纪律建设引向深入,为中国式现代化提供坚强纪律保障。Disciplinary construction serves as a foundational project in Party building,a fundamental strategy for advancing full and rigorous self-governance of the Party,and a crucial pathway to address the unique challenges faced by a major political party.Rooted in the theoretical framework of proletarian party building,drawing nourishment from China s outstanding traditional culture,and guided by the Party s essential principles of self-reform,the Party s disciplinary system possesses profound theoretical foundations.Over the past century,our Party has consistently prioritized political discipline and rules,strengthened institutional development in alignment with evolving times,rigorously enforced disciplinary compliance without compromise,and conducted timely disciplinary education campaigns.These efforts have accumulated rich and valuable experience in enhancing Party discipline.As we embark on a new journey,it is imperative to deepen our understanding of the inherent laws governing Party disciplinary construction.This requires emphasizing political primacy,strict enforcement,targeted approaches,and practical effectiveness.By enforcing rigorous political discipline to drive comprehensive strictness across all regulations,implementing precise supervisory enforcement to safeguard disciplinary authority,focusing on the “key minority”to better manage the “vast majority”,and conducting sustained disciplinary education to enhance members self-awareness,we will continuously advance the Party s disciplinary construction to new depths,thereby providing robust institutional safeguards for advancing Chinese path to modernization.
