摘　　要：目的长效抗逆转录病毒药物是人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染领域中的研究热点。来那帕韦(lenacapavir,LEN)作为一种新型的衣壳抑制剂,在HIV病毒生命周期的多个阶段发挥作用,每年仅需给药2次,用于联合其它抗反转录病毒药物治疗既往接受过多种治疗方案的多重耐药HIV成人感染者。同时,在HIV暴露前预防方面,LEN也显示出极大的潜力。本文从LEN的作用机制与安全性,HIV单药临床治疗、联合用药及预防领域等方面,综述其最新研究进展并展望其未来应用价值。Long-acting antiretroviral agents are a research focus in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.Lenacapavir(LEN),as a novel,injectable,and first-in-classcapsid inhibitor,acts at multiple stages of the HIV lifecycle when used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of multi-drug resistant HIV infected adults who have previously received various treatment regimens,requiring only twice-yearly injections.Recently,LEN has also shown promising results for HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis.This article reviews the latest research progress and prospects the future application value of LEN from the perspectives of its mechanism of action and safety,HIV monotherapy clinical treatment,combination therapy,and prevention.
