摘  要:为解决平原地区洪水预报和工程调度的难题,提升防灾减灾能力,以MIKE11和ArcGIS为主要工具,对杭嘉湖平原河网进行河网概化、集水区划分,针对圩区内外分别开展独立的产汇流计算以及调蓄分析,构建了杭嘉湖平原河网水文水动力耦合模型,并用“菲特”和“烟花”两次台风引发的洪水实况数据对模型进行检验。结果显示,计算水位与实测水位的绝对值差在0.01~0.09 m,表明本模型具有较高的准确性和可靠性。本模型的研究能为杭嘉湖地区的防洪调度、洪水预报、工程调度等相关工作提供有力的技术支撑,对于其他相似平原河网地区的防洪调度工作具有重要的指导意义,有助于提升此类地区应对洪涝灾害的能力。In order to solve the difficulties in flood prediction and project scheduling in the plain area and improve the ability of disaster prevention and reduction,MIKE11 and ArcGIS are used as the main tools to generalize the river network in the Hangjiahu Plain,divide water catchment areas,and carry out independent calculation of runoff production and convolution,and the analysis of regulation,and storage for both inside and outside polders.The coupled hydro-hydrodynamic model of river network in Hangjiahu Plain is constructed,and the model is tested by the flood data caused by two typhoons“Fete”and“Firework”.The results show that the absolute differe nce between the calculated water level and the measured water level is 0.01-0.09 m,which indicates that the model has high accuracy and reliability.The research of this model can provide strong technical support for the flood control operation,flood forecast and project dispatching in Hangjiahu plain,and has important guiding significance for the flood control operation in other similar plain river network areas,helping to improve the ability of such areas to cope with flood disasters.
