大型土石方工程单价计算条件及编制方法分析

摘　　要：工程概算编制是保证工程建设期投资控制效果、避免国家投资浪费的重要基础和前提。大型土石方工程,工序单价的计算条件及组合计算较复杂,工程单价合理确定的难度较大。因此,对大型土石方工程单价影响因素及编制方法的研究,对工程概算编制质量具有重要的现实意义。在浙江诸暨市安华水库扩容提升工程的案例中,为提高大型土石方工程单价编制质量,结合工程中出现的超过10 km运价、风化岩开挖及运输单价的合理确定,最优弃渣方案比选等问题,通过落实编制依据明确、方法正确、项目划分简洁清晰、工程单价合理等工程概算编制要点,保证了概算单价水平合理可控,促进了工程概算编制水平的提高。The compilation of project budget estimate is an important basis and premise to ensure the effect of investment control and avoid the waste of national investment in construction.For large earthwork projects,the calculation conditions and the combination calculation of process unit price are complicated,and it is difficult to determine the project unit price reasonably.Therefore,the study on the influencing factors and preparation methods of large earthwork has great practical significance to the preparation quality of project budget.In the case of Anhua Reservoir Expansion and Upgrading Project in Zhuji,Zhejiang Province,in order to improve the quality of unit price preparation of large earthwork projects,the influencing factors such as the transport rate over 10 km,the reasonable determination on unit price of weathered rock excavation and transport,and the comparison and selection of the optimal slag disposal scheme are all considered.The key points in compilation of project budget estimate are put forward with clear preparation basis,correct methods,concise project division as well as reasonable project unit price,which ensure controllable unit price budget estimate and promote project budget preparation.
