摘 要:地铁海底隧道施工的难度远大于常规陆地隧道,且施工中的重点和难点复杂,影响因素众多。基于青岛地铁1#线瓦屋庄站—贵州路站区间段的施工,立足于该工程施工的重点和难点,分析海底隧道光面爆破施工技术的应用要点。需要同时做好防海水和雨水倒灌,爆破参数的选择及爆破质量控制等,这就要求在进行地铁海底隧道光面爆破施工时能够切实结合工程的特点,以及地质水文条件,严控爆破参数和施工过程,防控好海水和雨水倒灌。案例工程采用全断面光面爆破技术,不仅能实现对周边眼爆破效果的高效控制,降低对围岩的扰动,确保围岩的稳定及施工安全,而且可减少4%~6%的超挖和欠挖,提高工程质量和进度,节省工程费用,从而获得更大的经济效益和设计效益。The construction of undersea subway tunnel is much more difficult than that of conventional land tunnel,and the construction is complicated with many influencing factors.The application points of smooth blasting construction technology for undersea subway tunnel are analyzed,combined with the actual case of Wawuzhuang Station to Guizhou Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 1.It was necessary to prevent seawater and rainwater backfilling,to select blasting parameters and control blasting quality.This required that the smooth blasting construction of undersea subway tunnel could be effectively combined with the characteristics of the project,as well as the geological and hydrological conditions,so as to strictly control blasting parameters and construction process,and to control seawater and rainwater backfilling.The application of smooth blasting construction technology realized the efficient control of blasting effect,reduced the disturbance to surrounding rock,and ensured the construction safety.It reduced the over-screwing and under-screwing by 4%to 6%,offering better quality and low cost,so as to obtain greater economic and design benefits.
