摘  要:为探讨特大跨河桥梁桥墩双壁钢围堰施工技术,结合甘井河双线特大桥实际案例,立足施工中存在的重难点,从双壁钢围堰的结构设计入手,分析了双壁钢围堰施工的关键要点,以及相应的施工监测措施。实践得出,双壁钢围堰作为一种用于深水基础施工的防水结构,由于其在水中施工,且施工精度的要求较高,增加了施工难度。通过对双壁钢围堰的制作、运输、接高拼装及封底混凝土等施工关键要点进行严格把控,并经过全面的施工监测,发现各监测指标满足施工设计规定的要求,可为桥梁工程施工提供一个无水、便捷的操作环境,表明这种围堰的设计能够承受较大的水压,保证基础施工的安全,并且适用于一年四季和各种气候。In order to discuss the construction technology of double-wall steel cofferdam for piers of large-span bridge,combined with the actual case of Ganjing River double-line extra-large bridge,the key points of double-wall steel cofferdam construction and corresponding construction monitoring are analyzed from the structural design based on the existing difficulties in construction.Practice shows that double-wall steel cofferdam,as a waterproof structure used for deep-water foundation construction,is more difficult to construct due to its construction in water,and the construction precision is relatively high.Through strict control of the production,transportation,height assembly of double-wall steel cofferdam and the key points of the construction of bottom-sealing concrete,the monitoring indicators can meet the specified requirements by comprehensive construction monitoring,providing a waterless and convenient operating environment for the bridge construction.It shows that the design of the cofferdam makes it able to withstand large water pressure,and can be constructed in various seasons and weather conditions throughout the year.
