摘  要:对添加碳纤维/碳纳米管复合填料的橡胶(天然橡胶)厚制品的硫化过程进行仿真,分析硫化及后硫化效应对橡胶厚制品温度场及硫化程度的影响。结果表明:在硫化加热过程中,橡胶厚制品模型存在较大的温度差,随着硫化时间的延长,模型芯部温度逐渐达到热源温度,模型外部温度则一直较高;自然冷却过程中,橡胶厚制品模型靠近外侧部位温度降低较快,温度在100℃以上保持时间较短,后硫化效应较弱,橡胶厚制品模型内部存在先升温后降温的现象,温度在100℃以上保持时间较长,后硫化效应较明显。综合来看,后硫化效应能够使橡胶厚制品内部区域短暂升温,对厚制品内部区域硫化具有促进作用。The vulcanization process of the rubber(natural rubber)thick product with carbon fibre(CF)/carbon nanotube(CNT)composite filler was simulated,and the vulcanization and post-vulcanization effects on the temperature field and vulcanization degree of the rubber thick product were analyzed.The results showed that significant temperature differences existed inside the model of the thick rubber product during the vulcanization heating process.As the vulcanization time increased,the core temperature of the model gradually reached the heat source temperature,while the external temperature of the model remained consistently high.During the natural cooling process,the temperature of the thick rubber product model near the outer side decreased rapidly,resulting in a short duration above 100℃and a weak post-vulcanization effect.However,there was a phenomenon of first heating up and then cooling down inside the thick rubber product model,the longer time above 100℃ was maintained,indicating a more obvious post-vulcanization effect.Overall,the post-vulcanization effect could cause a brief temperature rise in the internal area of the thick rubber product,promoting vulcanization in these areas.
