摘 要:研究对比相同硬度下白炭黑/天然橡胶湿法混炼复合材料(简称湿法胶)与干法混炼复合材料(简称干法胶)的性能差异及其在轴箱弹簧中的应用。结果表明:与干法胶相比,湿法胶具有白炭黑分散度高、硫化速率快、拉伸强度大、蠕变量和滞后小等优势;与干法胶轴箱弹簧相比,湿法胶轴箱弹簧具有动静刚度比和蠕变量小、耐疲劳性能良好的特点,故湿法胶可替代干法胶应用于轴箱弹簧的生产,可有效延长轴箱弹簧的使用寿命。The performance differences between wet-mixed silica/natural rubber(NR)composites(referred to as wet-mixed compound)and dry-mixed composites(referred to as dry-mixed compound)at the same hardness level,as well as their applications in axle box springs were studied.The results indicated that,compared with dry-mixed compound,wet-mixed compound exhibited advantages such as higher silica dispersion,faster vulcanization rate,larger tensile strength,lower creep deformation and reduced hysteresis.Compared with axle box spring made with dry-mixed compound,axle box spring made with wet-mixed compound demonstrated lower dynamic static stiffness ratio and creep deformation,and excellent fatigue resistance.It was concluded that wet-mixed compound could effectively replace dry-mixed compound in the production of axle box springs,effectively extending the service lives of axle box springs.
