摘  要:以氯化铈和对氨基水杨酸钠为原料合成新型环保促进剂对氨基水杨酸铈(PAS-Ce),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、热分析和元素分析确定PAS-Ce的分子式为CeC_(7)H_(6)NO_(33)·H_(2)O。使用无转子硫化仪和平衡溶胀法研究PAS-Ce对天然橡胶胶料硫化特性的影响,试验结果表明:随着PAS-Ce用量的增大,胶料的t_(90)先缩短后延长;当PAS-Ce用量为1.2份时,胶料的t_(90)最短,硫化胶的交联密度最大。动力学参数计算结果表明:随着PAS-Ce用量的增大,交联前驱体的反应活性增强,胶料的交联反应活化能先减小再增大;当PAS-Ce用量为1.2份时,胶料的交联反应活化能最低。A novel environmentally friendly accelerator cerium p-aminosalicylate(PAS-Ce)was synthesized using cerium chloride and sodium p-aminosalicylate as raw materials,and its molecular formula was determined to be CeC_(7)H_(6)NO_(33)·H_(2)O through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,thermal analysis and elemental analysis.The rotorless rheometer and equilibrium swelling method were used to study the effect of PAS-Ce on the vulcanization characteristics of natural rubber(NR)compounds.The experimental results showed that with the increase of PAS-Ce amount,the t_(90)of the compound was first shortened and then prolonged.When the PAS-Ce amount was 1.2 phr,the t_(90)of the compound was the shortest,and the crosslinking density of the vulcanizate was the largest.The calculation results of kinetic parameters showed that with the increase of PAS-Ce amount,the reactivity of the crosslinking precursor was enhanced,while the crosslinking reaction activation energy of the compound first decreased and then increased.When the PAS-Ce amount was 1.2 phr,the activation energy of the crosslinking reaction of the compound was the lowest.
