摘 要:制备建筑玻璃幕墙硅酮密封胶(以下简称硅酮密封胶)用增塑剂,研究其制备工艺参数对硅酮密封胶拉伸粘结性能的影响。结果表明:增塑剂制备的烷氧基硅烷混合物的最优反应温度为120℃,最优反应时间为150 min,有机硅高沸物与正辛醇最优质量比为1∶3,在此条件下硅酮密封胶的产率为91.69%;烷氧基硅烷混合物质量分数为5%时,其在硅酮密封胶基体内分散均匀;在不同温度下,随着烷氧基硅烷混合物质量分数的增大,硅酮密封胶的拉伸粘结强度减小,断裂伸长率增大,拉伸弹性模量先增大后减小;随着温度的升高,硅酮密封胶的拉伸粘结强度、断裂伸长率和拉伸弹性模量先增大后减小。The plasticizers used in the silicone sealants for architectural glass curtain walls(hereinafter referred to as silicone sealants)were prepared,and the effect of the plasticizer preparation process parameters on the tensile bonding properties of the silicone sealants was studied.The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature of the alkoxysilane mixture for plasticizer preparation was 120℃,the optimal reaction time was 150 min,and the optima mass ratio of the high-boiling point organosilicon compound to n-octanol was 1∶3.Under these conditions,the yield of the silicone sealant was 91.69%.When the mass fraction of the alkoxysilane mixture was 5%,it was evenly dispersed in the silicone sealant matrix.Under different temperatures,as the mass fraction of the alkoxysilane mixture increased,the tensile bonding strength of the silicone sealant decreased,the elongation at break increased,and the tensile elastic modulus first increased and then decreased.With the increase of the temperature,the tensile bonding strength,elongation at break and tensile elastic modulus of the silicone sealant first increased and then decreased.
