摘  要:研究高温下硅橡胶的疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:以工程应变峰值为损伤参量建立的硅橡胶的疲劳寿命预测模型的拟合优度均在0.99以上,即模型有效;当工程应变峰值小于0.7时,随其增大,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命呈缩短趋势;当工程应变峰值大于0.7时,随其增大,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命变化趋于平缓;在相同工程应变峰值(0.6)下,随着温度的升高,硅橡胶的疲劳寿命逐渐缩短,高温(90~130℃)软化对硅橡胶疲劳寿命的影响不大;硅橡胶的实测疲劳寿命与预测疲劳寿命误差不超过57%,即疲劳寿命预测模型具有一定的准确性。The fatigue life prediction of silicone rubber at high temperatures was studied.The results showed that the goodness of fit of the fatigue life prediction model for silicone rubber established with the peak engineering strain as the damage parameters was above 0.99,indicating that the model was effective.When the peak engineering strain was less than 0.7,the fatigue life of silicone rubber tended to shorten as its increase.When the peak engineering strain was greater than 0.7,the fatigue life tended to stabilize as its increase.Under the same peak engineering strain(0.6),the fatigue life of silicone rubber gradually shortened with the increase of temperature,while high temperature(90~130℃)softening had little impact on the fatigue life of silicone rubber.The error between the measured fatigue life and the predicted fatigue life of silicone rubber did not exceed 57%,indicating that the fatigue life prediction model had a certain degree of accuracy.
